Biography
Sjoerd Kamerbeek graduated from both Utrecht University and VU University Amsterdam in law and economics with honours. During his studies, he specialised in legal economic supervision of mergers and acquisitions and international company law. He joined Van Doorne in January 2011. He works in the Corporate Practice Group, where he mainly deals with issues of company law in the broadest sense of the word.
