Biography
Roos van Waaij has been practising law since 2002 and joined our Corporate Law practice group in 2005. Roos specialises in corporate law in the broadest sense, with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other forms of collaboration, private equity and venture capital. She also renders advice and drafts contracts in the field of corporate law and commerce. Roos is broadly experienced in advising and assisting medium-sized and large corporations operating on a national and international level, in a task force setting.
