Biography
Mariken van Esch obtained a Master’s degree in Dutch Law and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Radboud University Nijmegen. She has been working in the Corporate practice group at Van Doorne since 2007. Mariken specialises in mergers and acquisitions, including private equity and buyouts, and advises on such matters as corporate governance, joint ventures and restructurings. This involves representing Dutch and foreign companies, private equity funds and other investors, in both Dutch and cross-border transactions. In addition to her work in the corporate law field, she is a member of the Commercial Contracting team and has experience with legal proceedings in the area of corporate litigation.
