Biography

Marg Janssen joined Van Doorne in 1999. Her practice mainly consists of clients from the public and semi-public sectors. Marg provides legal assistance to health care and educational establishments in mergers, strategic alliances and initiatives that respond to increasing market forces, while paying particular attention to sector-specific regulations. Marg also has extensive litigation experience in pricing issues, subsidy issues and disputes regarding the reimbursement of medicines and medical appliances.

Marg is in the Top 15 of Health Care lawyers in the Netherlands.
